Intro

In the beginning man was plant-based

and it was very good.[1]

Man’s flat teeth and remarkably long

digestive tract prove that.[2]

Fast-forward to today and most don’t eat food,

most consume products and pills,[3]

neither of which create optimal health.

Good health comes from good nutrition and

good nutrition comes from whole plant foods.

And while man has eaten meat for millennia,

the meat eaten today is not the same.[4]

[37] Coffee: only buy mold & toxin free coffees … Paper filters eliminate cholesterol (nf/brew @0:15-0:45) … Morning only is best (news/coffee).

[38] Soymilk is the healthiest milk, it reduces disease risk due to its phytonutrients (age/ch:beverages & nf/soymilk) - to avoid processed crap, choose unsweetened & organic.

[40] Tonic hurts vision, kidneys, male genitals (nf/tonic).

[43] Everyone should take a B12 supp (age/ch:pbeating), best type: nf/b12, 50mcg/day or 2000mcg once/wk … deficiency harms blood, gut, brain, nervous system.

[65] Meat industry manipulates data (nf/manipulate) … Healthcare industry chose greed & bribery over integrity long ago. Example: Dental industry changed its position on sugar from ‘causes cavities’ to ‘its not clear what sugar does’ after Coke paid them $1M (nf/greed & x/bribery; see also links in greed vid).
