Intro

In the beginning man was plant-based

and it was very good.[1]

Man’s flat teeth and remarkably long

digestive tract prove that.[2]

Fast-forward to today and most don’t eat food,

most consume products and pills,[3]

neither of which create optimal health.

Good health comes from good nutrition and

good nutrition comes from whole plant foods.

And while man has eaten meat for millennia,

the meat eaten today is not the same.[4]
